Ronald J. Myers is executive vice president, human resources and an officer of The Timken Company.
Named to his current position in 2015, Myers leads a global team that fosters employee growth, engagement and success throughout Timken operations. His team works closely with company leaders to align global human resource objectives with business strategies and operating plans, while creating an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought is valued. Myers also serves on The Timken Company Charitable & Educational Fund board of trustees.
Previously, Myers was named vice president of organizational advancement in 2009 after serving as vice president of business process advancement and director of organizational advancement. During his tenure he has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of human resources, learning and development, continuous improvement, and environmental, health and safety.
Myers joined Timken in 1982 as an industrial systems engineering technician.
Myers earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and business education from Baldwin Wallace University and a master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business in Cleveland, Ohio. He serves on The Timken Company Charitable & Educational Fund board of trustees.
